Together, Sobek Logística and Kypse Solutions deliver end-to-end logistics solutions combining automation, engineering, software and operational consulting. Position overview The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating and executing logistics, automation and WMS related projects for both Sobek Logística and Kypse Solutions, ensuring compliance with scope, timelines, technical deliverables and communication between clients, internal teams and external vendors.

The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating and executing logistics, automation and WMS related projects for both Sobek Logística and Kypse Solutions, ensuring compliance with scope, timelines, technical deliverables and communication between clients, internal teams and external vendors. This role acts as a key interface between engineering, technical teams, software implementation teams, clients and technology providers.
Required Background
- Experience in the logistics industry and/or participation in: ERP implementations, WMS implementations,logistics automation or material handling projects
- Formal PMO or project management certification is not mandatory (considered a plus).
- Experience using project management platforms such as: Notion, Monday, or similar project planning tools
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Availability to travel
- Must be base in either or: México, Colombia, Panama, Dominican Republic
- Understanding and Use of AI Tools: Claude, Chat GPT, Others
Project coordination and client communication
- Participate in meetings with clients and suppliers regarding project scope, according to the company’s project methodology.
- Organize follow-up meetings and send formal project communications to ensure continuity and proper execution.
- Propose alternatives, hypotheses and improvement opportunities when deviations or changes are identified.
- Prepare and manage meeting minutes, timelines and project follow-up documentation.
- Support client follow-up related to purchases and coordination with external vendors.
Internal coordination
- Participate in internal meetings and technical committees, contributing improvement ideas and operational or technical recommendations.
- Coordinate with the engineering department for the preparation and printing of: presentations technical drawings layouts and plans using the software defined by the company. Coordinate with the technical and software teams for: WMS configuration and development activities, customer workshops ,ERP/WMS testing sessions with clients.
Technical documentation and reporting
- Prepare technical specifications and project documentation, including:
- Technical Solution Specifications (TSS)
- Technical Project Documentation (TPD)
- Prepare and submit: field visit reports optimization and improvement reports according to the objectives of each visit. Maintain updated project documentation and traceability of deliverables and milestones.
Project execution control
- Track project timelines, deliverables and milestones.
- Ensure alignment between client expectations, internal teams and suppliers.
- Support change management and scope control in coordination with management and technical leaders.
